 -Within the United States, we recommend Media Mail. USPS quotes up to 2 weeks but in fact it     usually takes only a few days and costs $2.00

 -Outside the United States, we ship via USPS Global Priority mail which takes 4-7 business   days and costs $11.00. Two volumes will fit in a single package.
